Rules
We have a 45-day return policy from the date of purchase. This accounts for delivery times and gives you a full 30 days from receipt to decide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns within the UK are free. For all other markets, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, visit our returns portal at returns.houseofperspect.com (http://returns.houseofperspect.com/). Items sent back without first submitting a request through the portal will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union - 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
